THE LIGHT OF CHRIST

Hello everyone! 

This week I have been constantly reflecting on the light of Christ. Since General Conference and Easter, I have seen such an impact that the light of Christ has in people's lives. I have been especially blessed as one of our friends has completely changed in this past week and a half. It's amazing how in such a short time, she has been able to see the gospel work in her life, and how it can bless her family as well. She asked to meet with us regularly, and receive all the lessons. As she has progressed on her path, you could see how her countenance has changed, and how the light of Christ has literally brightened her life.

We also had the opportunity to attend a new member fireside this past Sunday. What a special moment it was to see the shining faces of converts to the church as they shared their testimony and how they came to know the truth, through prayer, scripture study, church attendance, and even more prayer. 

Invitation of the Week

I invite you all to seek the light of Christ in your life. If you have it already, pray to strengthen it. If your personal relationship with God is lacking, and you don't feel or see that light, I encourage you to follow the steps each of us has to take. Pray. Read. Attend church, and pray again. 

I know that as my personal relationship with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ grows, I am able to more brilliantly feel His love and light!
