By God's Grace

Hello!

This week we experienced a great miracle from God! We have been struggling with finding people lately. A large group of our investigators were students at Bangor University, and with the coming of summer, they all left. This left us with 2-3 people in our teaching pool.

For the past several weeks, we haven't been able to find anyone to teach. And with everyone leaving, all our days were the same. Finding morning, afternoon, and evening. It was a bit depressing and our motivation flew out the window. During our weekly planning, I felt like we could find four new friends if we truly put in an extra effort, so we made that our goal.

As we pressed forward, we decided to try by a man we met last week. He was a new father of one week and we caught him at an inopportune time. So, we decided to go by again. He was in! He is such a good and kind man. After we met with him, we had some extra time and went tracting. There were a few houses that we felt we needed to skip passed. As we did, we came across a man who started talking with us. A bit through our conversation, his mother drove up to the house. She does not like missionaries, BUT because we were already there, she talked to us. She realised that we were "normal" people, and she invited us back!

That experience helped me put extra trust in the Lord's timing. If we didn't feel like we need to go passed those houses, we might not have been put in a position to talk with her or her son. I am so glad that we listened to that prompting!

Another great miracle: Chloe is such a missionary! Because of Chloe, we have been able to meet many of her friend, and she is fearless of sharing her beliefs. She was on a train and was asked about the book she was reading. She told this woman about the Book of Mormon, and gave her a book and Restoration pamphlet. A man, Robert, that was listening to them began asking. Needless to say, that night we met with Robert.

Invitation of the Week
With this last Sunday being Father's Day, I have been thinking a lot about my family, particularly my dad. I can never express everything my dad has done for me. I wish I could, but I honestly can't even comprehend everything he has done for me.

I invite you all to remember what your father has done for you. Take the time to spend time with and remember your dad. I am so grateful for my dad, and would wish for everyone to have a dad like him.

I am also grateful for my Heavenly Father. He has done so much for me, and watches over me. I know He loves me and has blessed me with an amazing family.

Have a good week all!
