Short and Sweet!

Hi friends! 

I don't have too much time, but I just wanted to share three things. 

1) Elder Payne and I were trying hard this week to find 7 people! We have only been able to find 1, if any, per week. As we were striving for this, we saw miracles come to pass. We only found 3, but that in itself is a miracle!

2) This past week we have been working a lot with Cameron. He has been meeting with us for almost two months now, and has accepted a baptismal date! We are aiming for the 25th of this month, and everything is in order for that to happen. Keep him in your prayers, as Satan works his hardest in this time. 

3) Elder Payne and I were able to give talks in Sacrament meeting yesterday. I wish I could share in detail, but time does not permit. Elder Payne talked on what we learn about prophets from the Children's hymn "Follow the Prophet", and I talk about the First Presidency Preface in the hymnal. Specifically on how we can study the Hymns and grow our testimony from the testimony shared in them. "Some of the greatest Sermons are preached by the singing of hymns. Hymns move us to repentance and good works, build testimony and faith, comfort the weary, console the mourning, and inspire us to endure to the end." 

Music is very influencial and can invite or drive the spirit away. Which will you choose? I urge you to find and listen to music that is uplifting and helps you to feel the spirit (that does not limit you to the 341 song, green book)
