Ready for Christmas!
Note from Mom: Elder Burns was very busy today and didn't have time for the group email so I gleaned from my short letter and then forgot to post it. Sorry for the delay.
The work is going. Finding is a bit hard, but we're teaching good people. The ward is amazing too! Sadly back to public transit, but it's cold and wet enough that I don't think I'd want to bike.
Right now our teaching pool is small, but it's a good one! We are actively teaching 3, and of that Kym is just absolutely amazing! She's so proactive and interested in learning! We talked to her on Sunday and she has already downloaded gospel Library (on her own) and has been listening to Conference talks and reading the Book of Mormon. She even finds her own way to church! She's already so self-reliant. It's amazing!
She is very selfless and helpful, although she is fairly quiet, which is different for me when it comes to teaching, but she is golden. So we're excited! She is on date for December 29th!!
