Wait... it's already been a week??
This transfer has just been crazy fast. We've been so busy and continue to be so. There hasn't been a week yet where we haven't had an exchange, Zone Conference or Split.
In all the busy-ness (business?) we've been working hard, and it's been hard working. I love being busy, but it also brings its own challenges in learning how to juggle all the responsibilities and schedules. It's definitely a learning opportunity in planning, leadership, and stress-management.
We have been teaching the Ghoerghe family, and they've been really good! Although, we have had some difficulties in teaching them and with getting scheduled appointments. In fact, we weren't able to meet this week... well, at least that's what we thought. On Thursday night we were talking to the Zone Leaders, and they invited us to do all we could to meet with them before Sunday. So, on Friday we gave them a call, and their schedule freed up for Saturday!
We met on Saturday and they expressed their desire to come to church! We were blessed for two of them to join us at church the following day.
So, has it been busy? Yes. Has it been hard? Yes. Has it been rewarding? Yes.
I am so grateful to be serving the Lord in England. It is truly a blessing to be among these people, in such rich history. I am grateful for the gospel and God's restored truths on the Earth.
