Cluedo, Transfers and Father's Day

Hello all!

This week will probably be a shorter one as I can barely recall what happened in the week. It was busy, I do recall that. Since last Preparation Day, we had a game night with Lisa and Luca. We played Cluedo!! (aka Clue) It was a very fun game and enjoyable to play the British version. Sadly, I did not win 😔 But it was still fun! It was Elder Mbuli's first time ever playing! It was a good way to send Elder Mbuli off and to spend time with such a great family!

Wednesday was transfers and that took up most all the day.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday were packed with lessons! I think we had 4 planned each day, but a few of those were cancelled. Either way, we spent the days hopping from appointment to appointment.

Sunday was a special day! Happy Father's Day! I was so happy to 1) have six of our friends at church, 2) listen to the primary children sing, and 3) CALL HOME TO MY PARENTS!!! They were in the car while I called, so I got to see them and the beautiful Utah mountains! (added bonus!)

I am so grateful for my father! He has taught me so much in my life, especially about hard work, perseverance and getting the job done. He taught me the importance of always doing my best, keeping to my word, and being trustworthy. I also learned that when you don't know how to do something, you can always YouTube it and get it done! 😂 And how grateful I am for him being the priesthood head and patriarch of our home. I love my dad!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Father's day. I am so grateful for all the fathers that have changed my life, and many of them I've never known. I was blessed to know my Grandpa Gravatt, and am so grateful for his lessons of always having humour on your lips and joy in your heart. I am grateful for the way he loved his wife, my grandmother, for the many years of his life. I have so many other grandfathers and great-grandfathers that I never knew who have shaped who I am today, and who my family is. How grateful I am for them!

I love you all!
See miracles. Be miracles.
